I want to make a website using chatGPT, but I noticed there's no API for it. However, I have seen some unofficial APIs for chatGPT, but I'm worried using them to make money might get me in trouble. Is it ok to use them?

I'm using the official API with davinci 3, I thought it was ChatGPT, isn't it? the results are still amazing.
