Right now it's kinda slow cuz I'm hosting it on my laptop, but that's soon to change once I get a dedicated server, but I've recently been working on optimizing it as much as possible. API keys are stored per server, and the first time a server uses the bot after it restarts, it will retrieve the API key and cache it for future use.
ChatGPT is still in development for the most part, and at this time it is unable to remember previous messages. To start a chat, use /chat <prompt>, then after that whenever you want to talk in that chat, you would start your message with "OpenAI", for example /chat do you like cats response: yes, I do like cats OpenAI What makes you say that?. I'm also working on improving this.
