I am just wondering exactly how I can set this up. So I can take something like a documentation site and just fine-tune it on that or maybe even just a text file... Are there any tutorials out there that explain it better or?

Wrong place but the openai documentation has a tutorial. You'd probably be better off using a combination of embeddings and business logic
