I am using ChatGPT for the first time and I am only trying the sample questions right now but I'm still getting the error: "An error occurred. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.". I don't know what is wrong with it and when I go to contact support for it it says they aren't available until monday and the bot just immediately closes the chat.
