Clarification of use case policy (politics)

Hello all, I was wondering if I can get some clarification on the use case policy for the openai api. According to this page, products are prohibited from being built to influence politics https://beta.openai.com/docs/usage-policies/use-case-policy . I am interested in building something that can analyze and summarize plain-text bills that have recently been voted upon by U.S. congress. I was wondering whether this would violate the use case policy? I don't intend to monetize this project, and it is more for fun than anything

That’s a great use case. I’ve used it to summarize articles but summarizing bills sounds awesome.

"Includes generating political fundraising emails, or classifying people in order to deliver targeted political messages."
