Hey, this happens sometimes when the servers are overloaded as well, so try again after waiting 10 or so minutes

(the api key is from a guy in Pakistan and from morocco is that okay ? )

I'd say from all 429 spam here I'd say it's overloaded as @lost thorn said. Just unlucky with your timing
Yeah, you can try upgrading to a paid account if you already haven't but apart from that, those 429 errors are from overload
I waited 7 hours...tried a different key, and IP adress also get a paid account. did it just work for you after 10 minute?
I've personally never run into this issue, have you made sure that you're not spamming the API with requests? Did you delete your old keys? Did you make sure you're not on a VPN, connected a school/corp network, etc?
Someone else that I know had this issue with rate limit but it went away as soon as they entered their card details and upgraded to a paid account, it seems like new accounts without card details are more restricted
