I've been generating content about things that really serve no purpose other than entertaining me. In order to get the AI to do this, I had to first get the AI to lay out how the book would be written. This is a short little input into what I told the AI, what the AI did, and hopefully give information to help others who in turn can post their own content here.
#Writing Books with Generation

First, I want to explain the level of depth or detail I made the AI create content in and why some things are actually more complex than most people realize according to how the AI describes lots of things.
I would tell the AI "write a table of contents that would be in a book about <subject>" and it generates on average six chapters that are broken into two, sometimes three portions.
When I tell the AI instead to "Write a list of chapters that would be in a book about <subject>", it would list much more chapters, sometimes even up to twenty five chapters, and those chapters would look like they really covered useful information about a subject rather it be fact or fiction.
From here, I would then ask the AI in this manner.
"Write a list of topics that would be covered in "<chapter name here>""
After it list the topics, I say a similar message, but this time "write a list of subjects that would be covered in <topic> of <chapter>"
Finally I tell the AI to write each subject one at a time, then move to the next topic, then the next chapter till the very end. It actually takes more time than one might think. When I reread what the AI seems to have come up with, it does seem to have useful information, however, I wouldn't suggest actually writing a book in this manner unless it was a joke or meant to be for personal use.
You really need to look at what the AI said because a lot of the things the AI will write might not really cover everything, BUT IT DOES SEEM TO for me up to this point.
I haven't experimented with these yet, but, I'm sure they'll likely have different results when used in place of table of contents/chapters
Thanks for this. I'm interested in your continued experimentation.
