Since the arrival of chat GPT3✨, we've all thought to ourselves: 'imagine Siri mixed with the power of Chat GPT' or just 'imagine a Gigachad Siri'.

This is what I achieved by turning the idea🎯 into reality by attempting to link Chat GPT to Apple's assistant, Siri.

To create a Siri Shortcut integration with Chat GPT, you will need to follow these steps:

First, you will need to have the Chat GPT app installed on your device.

Next, open the Shortcuts app on your device and tap the + button to create a new shortcut.

Tap the Add Action button to add a new action to your shortcut.

In the search field, type "Chat GPT" and select the Chat GPT action from the list of results.

You will then be prompted to enter the text that you want Chat GPT to respond to. Enter the text and tap the Next button.

In the next step, you will be asked to specify the response that you want Chat GPT to provide. Enter the response and tap the Next button.

Finally, you can name your shortcut and tap the Done button to save it.

YES, I also use shortcuts, but I quickly realized that I always had to go back to the starting point to write my question in the shortcut and read the response from Chat GPT✨. It became tedious😑 and I thought there must be a simpler way to ask my questions to Chat GPT without having to write my question.

💡That's when I had the idea to use Siri to ask my questions in audio, without having to go back to the starting point. And it worked pretty well, except that the return voice of the chat gpt response couldn't use the original voice of SIRI🤩.

But I eventually found a trick to fix it. Thanks to this manipulation, I can now ask my questions to Chat GPT directly through Siri, using the original voice of SIRI for the response.

When I added the shortcut and all then run it using "Hey Siri, Alexia" It responds with "What's the text?". I ask my question, it responds "Is there anything else I can help you with?"... "Whats the text?"

Hi Vic. Playing around with the trail version and enjoying it. My only issue is after it answers one question it then asks if I want to continue. I say “Yes” and it asks what the text then after I speak it either says “ok” or “done” and shuts down. I’ve created a new openAPI key and it still does this.

Yup. That’s what I started doing. Feels kinda weird to mess with his script though. Like borrowing and editing someone’s work without permission. That’s why I was hoping he can fix it and then I’d potentially just buy his full version to show appreciation for the work. I hear you though.

Hi everyone😋, I am pleased to announce that I have released a v2.0 of Alexia which fixes the small bugs that some people have encountered and adds some features🎉.
This version includes bug fixes✅ reported by the community and some improvements like :

-The ability to customize Alexia's name when installing the shorcut.

-You now have the choice to chat with Alexia in voice or write her 🎹 directly. She will answer you in voice.

-Alexia can now save her answer in a notepad (a new Notes)📝. By default this feature is enabled to disable it set the createNote config to FALSE.

-A clearer code and comment for those who want to customize✨

📱I'm currently working on the next update of the shorcut and I would like to have a feedback on your experience and on the features you would like to have for the v2.1.
Personally I have already started to work on some future features like :

-Integrate to Alexia the access to internet🌐 because GPT has no access to internet and is limited to 2021.

-Integer more data to Alexia like the current time, the current temperature, your sleep time, etc...This data will allow Alexia to have more optimized answers when you ask her questions about these elements.

-Improve the chat backup🗃️ system because for the moment the pro version of Alexia is a test version of this system. I plan to make a system that will allow to have a kind of infinite memory while saving the number of token spent.

-Integrate a system that will allow you to Alexia to perform actions for those who have apple homeKit 🏠product (turn off the light of the room, etc..).

Yes Alexia is free and you can download it on the shorcut website.
