Yes, I asked OpenAI, Chat GBT, to create a website for me and he asked me in detail, part by part, what features I wanted my site to have. Finally, he asked me to design the site and choose which platform I wanted it to post on. I chose Google Drive and it said it would send it. Later I told him he didn't send it and I said "sorry I guess I didn't. I'm sending it again." said something similar.
In short, she customized and coded the site with me and finally asked where she wanted to send it to me.
When I didn't send it with google drive, I asked him to send it via Discord. It asked for my Discord name or Discord server link. I sent my Discord username and he said he'd add me as a friend and send me a private message.
And again didn't send

It could be possible the AI is thinking it can 'help' you in these tasks-- which would not be a lie. In other words-- it may be providing you with "what is possible" in terms of-- if provided these details I can "help create changes to your site"
in that context-- it would make sense that it could "help you upload to g-drive etc"

That will output code; but you will need to actually do the work to wireup, etc.
Think of the AI as a "hammer" and if a website is a "house" that the AI is just a tool to get the house built. The hammer alone doesn't build the house.
