Getting an error on my laptop while turning it on.

It's the first time getting this error, and i am tired because i couldn't fix it, i search the issue up on google and on youtube, but didn't found anything + also tried to use chat openai, and still didn't fix the issue, i am getting this error on startup

i canno't do that, because the only thing i got access to is the bios, i can't press any button while starting up.

and the bios, doesn't have any option to reinstall or reset the pc, or anything like that.

Well because the bios does no contain an image of your OS

I would assume in this case "Windows"
