Was wondering what format a completion string should take if I'm fine-tuning a dataset on blog posts. Do I need to include newline indicators or use formatting for headers of different sections?

appreciate the link, I've read openai's documentation and looked through a lot of publicly available datasets and it seems split how they sanitize the data.
some use white space, others use newline indicators, others use markup/markdown formatting. any overviews of which are appropriate?
