Hi. I'm curently working on developing an AI model for support regarding tax, accounting, and company registration.

We have an internal corpus of data made by experts in the fields our AI is trained to answer to, which we want the AI to parse, summarize, and provide to the customer.

We use mpnet embedders in order to sift through the information efficiently and quickly, and then pust the context as context by telling the AI that it's search results from our internal database.

We guide the AI to provide context by quoting the internal sources it uses, and have an additional check on top to make sure that it always quotes information from clients to make sure customers don't use hallucinated content to take decisions that have legal repercussions. We have humans supervising the bot 12 hours a day.

We're currently in the process of increasing the accuracy of searches and improving the bot, before we will release it as a tool part of incorpo.ro

We'e interested if anybody has any experience with compressing information submitted to GPT to reduce costs, and also for better handling of reducing hallucinations and generating "human sane" responses

Not yet. We have one in development for company registration, but for the bot, we only have a discord where we plan to host a entepreneur community.
