#Unable to use Playground

I believe I know the reason why, but my account is unable to recieve responses in playground and it says i have 0 free trial dollars. It may be because I deleted an older account of mine recently so i can use a new email. I didnt use all of my free trial dollars on my old account, and I was wonder if I could get them on the new account somehow?
