I have been authenticated to use DALL E 2 and other OPEN-Ais since August, but I forgot my password, so I tried to reset it using the authenticated email, but I never get the reset code. I tried emailing support about this, but those emails didn't go through either. I have tried to resend the code, but it doesn't work. Anyone know how to help? Can I give a person who works there the email and they check if it's properly in the system? Thanks! - Pepper
