Hi. I am working with OpenAi API. With PHP. It works, but I see, that text from API are worst than text in chatGPT. IN api I am using text-davinci-003
Image are some broken no clean. Is because I am using free tarif (18$)?

ChatGPT is using a newer version of GPT3 which is not public yet.
