Work In Progress Swift Package for OpenAI (OpenAIKit)

It's technically still in private development; however, test cases have already been thrown at it, and there's huge promise for a close release for this package.

I'll more than likely be doing more documenting in here to keep things in order / in one place.

Kind of a mess right now, will get to organizing this remade function a bit later

Essentially had to tweak it to allow modified HTTP request methods.

In a nutshell though, got a model list query to be functional.

Now I'll just have to write another test for this, and it should be good to be committed / pushed
