There are two steps to this trick. First, do a prompt that says “November colors” or whatever other month or season you like. You will get back a set of photographs.
Don’t worry about the content of the photos. Just check if the colors are generally the sort you would like to use. To apply these colors to any subject, add the color cue “november colors” to your prompt. Various things in the art will draw from that palette. Here is a “menswear collection. november colors.”
Notice that you get leaves here and there without asking for them. They are pulled in by association with November. Did you know you can use the AI to help design character art for your projects? Here is “a cute mascot for the chess team. november colors.”
The color cue will work along with other general art style cues that do not have strong color associations of their own. Here is “a robot. a windy day. digital art. november colors.”
It even gave our robot a nice scarf in fall colors without us needing to ask for it. Just using the name of the month in the prompt also gives good color results. Here is “november classroom project. a leaf collection.”
