Hm the main thing I feel could be better would be an option for it to let you use less than 50% of the width/height of the original image. For many cases using 20% or less of the edge might be enough for it to generate a decent tile continuation. I didnt even watch the whole video though so maybe that is possible? But really neat and I'm trying it out now anyway

I think you can do that with the settings button in the top left

Oh neat! Yeah it's there. Unfortunately it looks like it has an issue with uploading an initial image that's larger than 1024x1024 unless I'm missing something. To get the whole larger original image to show up (e.g. if I want to continue adding on to a composite I made in the past, after changing projects) I have to make the "Tile Size" larger, but then I cant copy the correct sized "Partial Image" to give to Dall-E. Any idea about that?

Also seeing some limitations around other things with changing settings partway through a composite project; e.g. if I try to change the overlap numbers to expand the image further, it messes up the compositing of the already tiled images

Yeah, like I said it's not perfect, but it does speed up the basic operations of the process. If there's a step of the process you can't get to work with patch-e, it should still be reasonably easy to do with an image editor like photopea

Yeah this is definitely all doable. What an incredibly convenient tool!
