But, it seems to have no personality. Hard to explain. I had it write me how to make an omlet like Gordon Ramsay and it worked well on DaVinci. So there are positives and negatives. I'm unsure why you can't try it. I maybe jumped the gun because I only had a few mins earlier and just paid for it and hoped for the best. lol. I loaded 50 bucks and said it can bill me at the end of the month. Went to playground and tested it to see how expensive and limited it was. Then started to learn how much more powerful it is than I even thought prior. But, I noticed Chat GPT has added a TON of data over the GPT3 model alone.

I think the purpose of releasing it for free to the public is to find out how many ways people can take advantage of it and keep patching it. So the better we get at manipulating it, the better they get at fixing that.

I would guess not any more than chatGPT. Though that response limiter is only for responses and verbiage that is expected. There are a few ways to work with and around some of those requests depending on the objection it raises.

Remember that there is the initial training data that lets it do whatever, then there are the response limiters added in front of it to stop malicious use, and dangerous misinformation. How it treats them is very much contextual to the request.

With api key? For gpt and DE2 you just go to OpenAI.com and go to the api tab. Read some documentation first. There is no api for chatGPT but you can do a lot with gpt and de2 api

Chatgpt I would say is more powerful, as it is an iteration on davinci.

Davinci is still really good and is available via api.
