Same here! I also contacted support in game, and it told me that they have 48 hours to respond in the chat. So I have to keep the support chat open 48 hours?🤣

This is help and support right???? There hasnt been a single response from anyone in like 6 days. Even after this infestation filled update no one can take the time to update the playerbase??? Unbelievable!
