#Rn there is an isla event happening but in my game says " isla event starts soon" What do I do?

Hi there, could you please try restarting your device? If on Android, also go to app settings > storage > clear cache. Let us know if it still shows that display issue after performing these steps 🙏

@uneven spoke Yea the same happens for me, its a bug that really annoys me since i rlly wanted the Drex to be my first Unique.

Sorry to see that more players are experiencing this even after troubleshooting. There have been reports that a region mismatch or location connection issues can sometimes cause this. If reinstalling after securing your account doesn't fix it for you both I will report this to the team! 
Do let me know after trying these steps if it corrects the Isla status

I just tried and it still didn’t work, I deleted and Reinstalled my game. I checked to see if I had to Update it, And I even tried shutting off my phone. It would be really nice if this could be reported to the team.

What is going to happen now that People are losing Potential DNA they need for the dinosaurs? Those who can’t access it are missing out on potentially their only chance to Get the Dinos
