I seriously don't understand how it can be so bad! People shouldn't have to wait weeks for a response from support for an issue.
We've been waiting 2 months for an answer on why the level cap on everything hasn't increased with player level. Like are we supposed to be getting more of everything or not. Just tell us! If we are, we're out millions of coins and who knows how much DNA.
And wth happened to Drex yesterday??? I've gotten every drop of available DNA so far (besides what you had for sale which made me very upset to see btw) and now me and 1000s of others are behind the grind. A simple announcement would've done wonders but its just crickets! Absolutely ridiculous!!! I love this game but you make it very hard sometimes to keep loving it!

And if it had been a one-off, why was the raid removed before 24 hours had passed when all other raids run for 24 hours?

it was because they added it to the calendar for the week as a wednesday raid.
that's why the first week it didn't show up for those in Asia, Australia, Etc until the strike towers reset and the new calendar with it on there went into effect.
Conversely, the next week, the raid calendar changed Weds at strike tower reset (which is when it normally updates), which is why it disappeared then.
It was their issue with making it a Weds raid instead of literally ANY OTHER DAY...
