DRex boss disappeared

Hi we are a group of people ready for the raid but seems the boss has disappeared from the map. We should still have it for another 12 hours before thursday dawn sets in. Please check if he escaped 😅

Yes same here everyone from my alliance who had it on their map suddenly does not anymore since reset so 55 min ago its also disappeared from the raid calendar

I'm on the pacific coast of the US, it just showed up here shortly before disappearing... i should have had a whole day.

Nope. Nothing. My guess is that the daily reset took it off the calendar. If that was supposed to happen? Probably not. But knowing Ludia anything is possible

i dont think they confirmed it to stay in rotation, every other unique and legendary is on 1 day then rotates out, i dont believe this is a bug at all

The raid didn't even last a whole day, and that's already the first mistake.
Where and when did Ludia write that the raid would only be available for a short time?

Then the issue is that the DNA given for it was for when they were on weekly rotations... not the increased DNA given now that they are on an every few months rotation. If it was going to be in the rotation, we should have gotten 100 for it like the other uniques.

Any way you slice this, there was a mess up somewhere.

This is a separate issue that, yes needs to be looked at, this issue is that players thought Distortus Rex Raid was going to be a permanent raid.

also, them putting it on wednesday with the raid calendar switchign on weds is what messed everything up and confused people, since it showed up late the first week, and disappeared early the 2nd week. just poor planning.

I think players getting it twice was a mistake on their end.
I believe they just forgot to take it away

However, there is no statement as to whether this raid will only take place once or during special announcement…

They dont do that for any of the other ones

They just say "raid boss will be here on the x date" they never say permanent or 1 day thing

Most of the time with legendaries and uniques its a 1 day thing

None of these specify either its permanent or not but the ones before have been here for 1 day then rotated off 🤷‍♂️

Of course, all raids are rotated every day. Every new player learns this within two days at the latest.
The fact is that Ludia never stated at any point that DRex would not be used permanently as the Wednesday raid...

Frankly speaking having no clarification reagarding this issue from any of the mods at all is disappointing. JMHO.
