Each morning after the new map is available for that days incubators and creatures, both my game and my wife's game freezes at 9. We have to shut our games down and start them up again to load the game. I believe this started after the last update. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi there,
Most of the time when the game stays at 9/30 it's related to a connectivity issue. We recommend you to:
- Turn off your device and Wi-Fi.
- Unplug the router and turn off your device for 5 minutes.
- Turn them back on and verify if it worked.

Connectivity issues are usually on the game's end. Given it usually takes multiple relaunches of the game to try to get it to remember how to connect to PVP, nobody is going to add extra time to each of those by resetting their modem and device and waiting for five minutes every time.

I run into the getting stuck at 9/30 issue very frequently on two different devices with two separate accounts. It’s not a connectivity issue. By now I’ve learned when I see it stuck at 9/30, to reload the game and then it will load right up without getting stuck.
This happens at all different times of the day, not just when the game resets.
