It wouldn't let me claim them and then they just disappeared and started with this weeks.

I even restarted hoping that it would give me the "here is what you missed" message and it didn't.

I had the same issue. I can see that my Australotitan has less dna, than what I should have got from the alliance mission reward, so I didn't get the dna.

Same here. Tried collecting, nothing happened, game froze. Restarted, only one inc to collect, game froze again. Restarted again, dna not received, and only see this weeks missions.

Same, it kicked me out and I didn’t get anything from either incubator and I needed both of the legendaries

Haven't contacted support myself, but there's an announcement they're aware and investigating, so I'm waiting patiently 😉

I only received the inc with Doe dna in the in game mail. Still waiting on the other one...

Thanks for your patience everyone, the rollout is going to be slow. I was just informed that the 2nd incubator could take up to 24 hours to be sent. Please check back here tomorrow around this time if you haven't received both incubators by then.
