This should explain it basically I used a rare scent and sometimes they won’t spawn even if I have not darted the Dino’s that spawn when I switch between the fake map and the real one dinosaurs will not spawn at times and will only spawn on the map that I was on when the two minutes are over it’s really annoying because I can’t get spawns from the other map which waste the scent timer

I can confirm that spawns are missing. For example, I popped a short range scent and it already started with zero spawns.

Same happens to me. You can see the little puff of smoke as if the dinos spawned but then you have to force kill your session and restart to actually see them. No map switching. Doesn't happen every time but at least half.
