Please, let it breath first. The creature was just recently added. Let it be around for a month or 2 and see if it needs a buff/nerf or not. This happenned with Rajadorixis, has happened with Ovylenken and they have done the same this week with Protonodon. We need enough time to see how it perfoms before deciding to buff it or not

Worst part is unlike rajador and ovy, tryko is meta, and proton was tied for, or second best unique

It can be killed by almost anything. Magna, scorpiora, grypo, unique grypo, any cunning. It is only good against ungulatus. thats all.🤷

I wish I knew it's counters better, but since it's top 8 creature, I'm betting your opponents are not playing correctly (I know it beats cloch)

And is good against Cloch, you know, one of the best if not the best apex pre nerf. Which that alone would give it usage (like how Thylos was holding in usage because of how op Cloch is and Thylos having a favorable matchup)

Keep in mind this is pre conc nerf so raja's matchup might have changed

It loses to a good bit but it should be noted that pretty much only magna can reliably swap in and win

Matchups were done by a friend, not sure if he's in here

It destroys conloch though like 97% of the time or something

Okay, so, from top meta, Trykov counters Sah and Cloch. Neutral against Compsovenator, needs luck against D lux and loses to Gryganyth and Magnaraptor.

So, is a counter against two, and can put up a fight against 2 other of the 6 most used creatures. Sure, it is not OP, but is still really good.

If you ask any really high player they'll tell you its probably around #7

Most recent tier list (mainly created by me) based on matchups with the account of swap related moves and swap in wins/loses. Direct feedback from nublar shores players was also taken into account.

Yeah, compso vs scorp is depressing, u can have a ET4 compso and all it takes is a lvl 21 dsung with 2 flock members to invalidate it

It is only excellent at killing concatos, since we have crap like ptor and dsung it aint as good

It can kind of deal wity others but it struggles
