Rajakylo is easily one of the worst legs in the game. It has 0 resistance, a bad moveset and low base stats. I think it's more than deserving of a buff. It's counterattack is decent but imo it should be turned into a raking counter to remove dodge. Obvs more buffs are needed but it's just an idea
