Hi, I purchased the Grand Premium pass through the Web Client, but haven’t received any of the rewards from it. It is marked that I have Grand Premium, but I have gotten none of the rewards. I put in a support message and ticket already, but wanted to post here for better visibility chance. All help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

The support ticket has the key, I didn’t attach the receipt though, somehow didn’t cross my mind till later. Can I retroactively attach it?

Figured out I could upload them to the support chat I had previously opened so I sent them there.
Sorry if I am pestering you, but was wondering if there was an update on this? When I look now it says I have Premium and can pay $19.99 to upgrade to Grand Premium, but I paid for Grand Premium already. Thanks again for any help.
