hello i was wondering if you could help me one of the members of our alliance keeps loading there map it keeps showing up with nothing on it they dont have any suppy drops or dinos to dart or raid bosses

Hey there, sorry to hear that the map is completely blank. Is your friend able to see Interactive Objects outside their range?

he did until he did a strike tower then it disapeared again

also i am having trouble i have to reload my map

#

to recieve invites from my team in my alliance

#

and its working today

#

but yesterday my game didnt load it was stuck on at first it showed 1/30

#

and wouldnt budge

#

all daythen today it was stuck on 7/30

#

but then finished loading
