Is it like a punishment? Then they should've gave him a berserk instead.
Or just keep it fierce impact because the cooldown of 3 just ridiculous for an impact that does nothing else then afflict himself

If Mortem is to afflict the opponent, they should Give Mortem some status to apply to the opponent so it can capitalize on it.
