I think it means that it isn't currently dart-able.

I haven't darted Rexy for a couple of days, so I don't know why she wouldn't be dartable or trackable. I saw her in the tracker this morning.

no means you pressed on it by accident probably to deactivate the tracker for that creature,click on it again and it will track it

Tapping on it made no difference, it wasn't just selected. Taking it out of the tracker and putting it back in again took the symbol away. I'm just curious what it meant.
