hello i need help

2 of my members in our alliance are having issues with tha game at the moment. one is having issues when playing the game and then they have a black screen and then it freezes and then crashes and then they reload the game and then before long it happens again. the other member s having the same issue but only when trying to do pvp battles not sure what to do any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hello @glacial dagger can you please have your affected alliance members send a ticket to support with their support keys as well as the timestamps of when these issues happened to them.
