Just wondering if it can be made possible to be able to trade spare dna for coins as im always running low. I understand if this cant be added but i think it would be a usefull addition to the game.

You can do it through DNA donations in an alliance. As far as just regularly exchanging DNA for coins, not gonna happen. They want you to be frustrated by the coin grind so you'll cough up some dough.
