They don't have the rights and universal is somehow very stubborn with giving out Info or accses to cancled Media . There was an cancled animated show for jp wich they only released like 2 Frames so seeing the ultimasaurus is unlikeley unless universal wants to bring it back

These 2 should cover everything on its genome, utahraptor for the raptor, spinoceratops for the ceratopsid, tyrannosaurus for the tyrannosaur, kentrosaurus for the stegosaur and ankylosaurus for the ankylosaur

Mono wasn’t even a coelurosaur. And its anatomy is quite different from dromeosaurs.
At least sino is a ceratopsian and kentro is a stegosaurid.
