This is more of a licensed game than a dinosaur game tbh. Following canon designs is something to expect. If you have a problem w giga having a hump, blame colin/ILM not ludia/jc on that part. For the innacurate non canon dinos, postosuchus shld be biped not quad but imo bc recycling animation, the artistic license of giving it longer forelimbs is somewhat passable, given minus the hybrids, most of the dinos hit the spot of what they're supposed to be, atleast that was mostly the case for 4 years. But there is a stupidly big problem of going out of your way to make megaraptorian a dromaeosaur, when you couldve easily used the dilo or bary rig

No I know but just saying on the subject for the OP. The dilophosaurus is infamous for unleashing it's frill onto Nedry. Of course it's not accurate but it's via the franchises style.

Book dilo is more realistic in comparison. Its basically an irl dilo if i remember, the venom being the only creative license added

Jp/jw made it clear that their dinos will never be 1:1 copies of irl dinos. But back to jwa, this does not excuse fukuir here. Hate or like both the atrocis and the velocis, both are still dromaeosaurs in their depictions. They even gave the atrocis stocky snouts like the irl animal

I didn't care as much that fukuir is inaccurate, so many dinosaurs like that. I just don't like that they are reusing so many models. At least for other ones they changed the colors a bit more and size (bumpy for example) or beta having a different death animation and being a eentsy leensty blue

I really don't get all these posts complaining about the inaccuracy of models to the real dino/creature. JP has never strived for scientific accuracy with the dinosaurs, nor is it a documentary. It's a sci-fi franchise where they make dino hybrids with whatever random DNA in the creature to get it to do whatever the plot needs it to.
