My UN55D6005SFXZA has corrupt firmware i believe and there is no updated firmware available, it comes on for 5 sec shows the Tizen boot screen then shuts off. i just need the original (since there is no updated) firmware to put on a usb stick and turn on tv. support refuses to give me the file.. help please!

at this rate, just buy a new tv. samsung doesn’t release firmwares for their tvs. they would tell you to send it in for repair as its a hardware issue instead of a software issue. repairs might just cost more than just replacing a 14 year old tv
i heard of this happening before. he ended up smashing his old tv and getting a new one because samsung wasn’t being helpful
