#S24+ display flickering (?) in low brightness

This issue doesn’t happen in AMOLED dark mode (like the Samsung files app or Reddit/Discord midnight theme) or light mode. Also the screen seems to have a black line in the middle of the screen, the same place where the green line is appearing, also these lines are not permanent (atleast for now).

Only happens when using extra dim mode with max intensity, FHD+ and standard refresh rate.
It doesn’t happen in QHD+
