#Video Artifacting Errors on S23 Ultra?

I (in Germany) recently bought a used S23 Ultra, from a guy who bought it from Thailand. It works perfectly, has no region locks, all in all a very lovely phone.
Except for the fact that Instagram shows these sort of Purple Artifacts and statics on some videos. Not all of them, strangely enough, but most of them.
What's even weirder is the guy who sold me it showed me before he reset the phone what seemed to be the same exact issue on YouTube, he said it likely was some sort of video codec issue, but that only happened on the YouTube App and not on the Browser, so it didn't bother me. But YouTube seems to be unaffected from it now.
The problem seems to be exclusively tied to Instagram now, at least as far as I am aware.
I even got the recent most update for both OneUI and Instagram.
I hope someone could help me with this strange problem. I am obviously open to sharing additional information if needed.

UPDATE: It happens on the Browser as well for YouTube now, apparently
