What's the difference between TRA S23 Ultra (Dubai reigon) and the International Version?

Would I be able to use it in Kuwait, using a Kuwaiti sim card with all the samsung features.

Hello @solid juniper ! Thanks for reaching out. I’d like to let you know that I’m not an official Samsung support representative. I’m a community support member and I don’t represent Samsung.

The international version of the S23 Ultra supports dual physical SIM slots and one eSIM slot. This means that you can use two different SIM cards
from different countries or regions at the same time. The international version of the S23 Ultra. also supports a wide range of 3G/4G/5G frequencies that may vary depending on the country or region the device is available in. This means that you should be able to use it in Kuwait, using a Kuwaiti SIM card, with all the Samsung features, as long as the SIM card and the network provider are compatible with the device's frequencies. Also you should be aware that the warranty might not work in Kuwait, and it might only work in the country you bought it from.

From my personal experience I bought my A73 in the Saudi Arabian Variant, and i was able to use it in my home country Egypt with no problems.
As long as you are in the middle east it shouldn't be that big of a worry.

To be even more sure about the Warranty and the Frequencies you should ask Samsung Support.
