every night I see data of the 2nd half of every hr missing....

Hello @worldly fractal ! Thanks for reaching out. I’d like to let you know that I’m not an official Samsung support representative. I’m a community support member and I don’t represent Samsung.

It seems like you have a small misunderstanding of the UI. Basically is shows u a summary log of ur heart rate every 30 mins or every 1 hour, If you click it, it will show you ur heart rate during those 30 minutes or every 1 hour in detailed time

@glossy wigeon can you check the logs page? do you see the gaps like 6:00 to 6:33 instead of 6:00 to 6:59?

@barren acorn No, I understand the data correctly. If I click on any of the logs, it's missing the half hour of data

also, I've already tried factory resetting the app + reinstalling health app

there are no 3rd apps on my watch other than what came with it on unboxing

(i.e haven't even installed anything yet)

just in case due to some reason it may be the strap that samsung provides, I've switched to a flat normal silicon strap from my polar and will use that for tonight
