Galaxy watch time problem

Whenever my grandmother's watch shuts down for a period of time it always gets delayed 1 hour like if the time is 3 o'clock and it runs out of charge it becomes 2 it's a Galaxy watch 5 if that is important

Actually I noticed this problem when I was in Egypt, Some devices didn't update to the new Time Change and still show the old one, but for now u should wait till ur back to the regular time zone or just change it manually
