petition to make a 1.21.1 port of the rewrite, replacing 1.21.2+ features or outright removing them if not possible to recreate, like the new config menu

Even smaller things in the rewrite makes use of modern features, if you remove everything you'd just be left with the version pre-rewrite

Plus we'd rather move away from older versions and stay up to date instead :P
