how do i get From-the-fog-datapack-resourcepack for ONLY 1.19.2?

• Is this issue happening on a server or singleplayer?
• Are you using any other mods, plugins, or datapacks and if so how many?

The From The Fog Github releases page contains a version of From The Fog for every Minecraft 1.20 version, be sure you're using the one that corresponds to your Minecraft version.

You can find all From the Fog versions on GitHub

and even if the resource pack says “incompatible” it should work
