i was playing with my friend then he saw herobrine but i saw some disc fragements instead of herobrine i play from forge 1.19.2 pls help

It appears you don't have the resourcepack enabled or correctly configured. The resource and the datapack are the same .zip so be sure to put the datapack in your resourcepacks folder aswell. If you're on forge it may be because your mod resources are below Minecraft in the resourcepacks list. - Source
