okay so i downloaded the mod from curseforge, but when i got it it came up in my files as a word document? and i couldn't even open it either, when i do it's just a black screen. i put that document in the mods file and it works just fine but when i try to put the file into the resource packs of my game it genuinely doess not come up at all on either side of the packs on minecraft. and there was another outcome where it just came up as "file failed to copy."
and i've even tried making the file into a .zip one but it still does NOT work and i really need help ☹️ 🙏🏽
