How can i enable so herobrine can possess mobs and he isnt spawning if i build the statue can somebody help me?

thats not a thing, he can't posses mobs
he does spawn naturally after 3 ingame days by default, can be changed in the config
the command to access the config can be found on the FAQ which is found linked in the pinned thread
which was something you're supposed to read before making a thread
