I installed the resource pack and put the data pack in the mod folder and also the mod I tried everything but nothing seems to work. No angels no herobrine nothing.

There are no angels in from the fog.
You put the datapack in the datapack folder of the world, not the mod folder

also do u know how i can find the datapack for the 1.19 version?
