Every config setting has it's own set of functions that run when you check a box, in this case I ran the function that activates No Sleep
including when you select each skin
so just figure out which skin you want to select with the command block, and find its respective function by choosing it in the config
and run that function in the command block

but yeah you can do this with every single config option if you wanted too as well
