So I just took a glimpse at this suggested and had a thought..
So first thing, I rated it because I like the idea..
He looks very creepy and dilusional.. XD

But also something to help with getting players to maybe give this a positive rating, try enhancing and making multiple variants...
Interact with people and get ideas to have this become something a little more than just a standard Herobrine Skin..
For example, TrypoBrine is a skin I have been working on for a while with the goal on making this skin trigger trypophobes but now its also going a layer deeper than that and I am trying to add different colours and tones trying to make this skin something that isnt just a Herobrine reskin but something with more thought and character behind..

Soooooo, I wanna say it would be pretty neat if you added a very light purple (and when I say light I mean where its just barely noticeable but not enough to over power the colour you already have) to the bags under the eyes..
Perhaps also making the skin ever so slightly pale but not too pale, just make it look a little bit lighter and sorta colder but not like dead body cold.. XD
And last from what I can suggest for it is add an extra layer for the head but making the hair all messy..
(Obviously you dont have to do these but its great fun interacting with suggestions so I thought maybe it may help you.. ^u^)

Sorry I missed your message, had been distracted with a couple things including trying to get my skin to a point where I am somewhat happy to leave it for the time being.. ^u^

Also I feel that, I am not the best at making skins but I feel to a degree I am not bad atleast..
I mean unles I have no motivation or cant come up with any new ideas for the skin..

Originally my skins where reskins as well and I thought as reskins they were pretty cool but then I realised that perhaps if they were just reskins they may not even have a chance at being added not that improving them gaurentee that they will get added but its worth putting the effort in.. ^u^

Also I love giving it nicknames because they tend to be really catchy, one that I always go to being a favourite nickname for the skins I made/ photoshopped together is GigaBrine.. 😆
